Our episodes for Ecumenism Month has come to a close. Below are the episodes I recorded with Lewis-lovers from a diverse range of religious backgrounds:
- S5E32 – “Eastern Orthodox Lewis”, After Hours with Dr. Edith W. Humphrey
- S5E33 – “Reformed Lewis”, After Hours with Douglas Wilson
- S5E34 – “LDS Lewis”, After Hours with Bruce Wilson
- S5E35 – “Baptist Lewis”, After Hours with Dr. Leighton Flowers
- S5E36 – “Jewish Lewis”, After Hours with Yaakov Weinstein
The purpose of these interviews was to try and discover what it is about C.S. Lewis which makes him so beloved by so many different people.
I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on this, but it would seem that people love Lewis because he is charitable, speaks eternal truth and communicates it in a winsome way.
Why do you think Lewis is so popular among so many different kinds of people?
